How does it work?
1. Place Your Order
Add the Forever Note to your cart and complete checkout.
2. Write Your Note
Take a piece of paper and handwrite a letter or message to your loved one in your authentic handwriting, exactly as you’d like it remembered. Use black ink on a light background, with clear handwriting.
3. Submit Scan
After checkout, you’ll get an email to upload a scan of your note. Please upload within 48 hours (photos aren't accepted).
4. Approve Your Mockup
We’ll prepare digital mockups based on your request. You’ll confirm your favorite before we begin production.
⏳ Timeline: Each piece is handmade to order in Dubai and takes about 2 weeks to produce after your mockup is approved.
Shipping + Returns
Your piece is handmade to order in Dubai. Please allow 2 weeks for crafting before shipping. Shipping is free for all UAE customers and your order will be shipped the next day after we are done crafting it. Returns are not possible for personalized items, but if there’s ever an issue, we’ll make it right.
